The indoor dining room/living room seats 8 at its 7’ round dining table, with more space in the living area. This multi-functional room also has its own AC unit and is perfect for special events and for enjoying the view of the beach through the large window facing the Pacific. While it’s a dining area on one side, it’s a formal living room on the other. The outdoor living area is spectacular. It consists of a 42” Alfresco Outdoor All Grill with rotisserie, a 24” Alfresco power burner and sink. The water undergoes a thorough (non-chemical) cleansing process through salt purification, then through a carbon filter, and lastly the water is treated with ultraviolet (UV) light to kill the any remaining germs and bacteria that could be in the water supply.
