In 2007 we also decided to invest in Baixa do Porto and its urban rehabilitation. In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU - Porto Vivo and over the years we have contributed to the muchneeded rehabilitation of Porto's historic centre. In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the coastline in Foz, where we opened a KA flagship with high visibility. In 2019, we consolidated our team, began our regular participation in the major real estate fairs, and launched the first KA magazine. In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: Let's help the homeless - Let's get housing for Porto's homeless. In September 2020, we expanded the KA brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve. In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago. In 2023 we began our participation in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
