A luxury villa with a wellness and spa area is for sale in Vodice. The beginning of the construction of the villa is planned for Spring 2024, and the completion of works and moving in for May 2025.
The villa will be located in a quiet part of town, on a hillside, so it will offer a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, islands and the town of Vodice.

In the center there are many restaurants, cafes, shops. Vodice boasts numerous beaches, but also extensive bike trails for lovers of active holidays. They are well connected to the islands by boat, and are an excellent starting point for visiting the Krka and Kornati National Parks. The city of Sibenik is only 15 kilometers away, and it takes an hour to drive to Split and Zadar.
