Villa on the beach of Ile aux Moines - Gulf of Morbihan - Southern Brittany. Only 15 minutes from Vannes TGV station, and after 5 minutes at sea, you will set foot on a paradise island. Our family house, built by our great-grandmother, and very carefully renovated by each generation, enjoys a unique location and view. It is located in the middle of the large beach of Ile-aux-Moines, which happens to be the only beach on the island, swimmable throughout the day. The large terrace, which overlooks the sea, offers a 180° view of the Gulf of Morbihan and its small islands. All day beautiful sailboats will come and pass before your eyes. All you have to do is push the gate to access the beach. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses from 5 years old as well as rental of catamarans, boards, kayaks or zodiacs. The house has a large and beautiful landscaped garden of approximately 1000m2 completely fenced, and planted with century-old pines and fruit trees. The living room opens onto the large terrace which offers a view you never tire of. The living room has an insert fireplace. The large dining kitchen, under the veranda, has been completely redone and overlooks the shaded garden. On the ground floor, a sea view bedroom, a toilet and shower room allows 2 people not to take the stairs, 2 beds in 90. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower, including 2 bedrooms with sea view and one bedroom with garden view, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds. On the 2nd floor, a large master suite with views from 3 sides, 160 cm bed, a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
