A unique 300-years old maritime pine reminds of ancient times and unrevealed secrets. Le Vigne is fully plastic free, everything placed in the Estate is made of glass, paper, ceramic or natural fabrics. The stunning hills offer a wide range of outdoor sport and are the truly 'kingdom' of biking. Bikes can be rented locally, including e-bikes for family tours. Le Vigne is also the perfect place for yoga retreats and meditation. By car is the best way to reach the place and wander around the surroundings to take full advantage of the food and wine or the cultural offerings of the entire Langhe, Roero and Monferrato region. Villa Peperoncino was designed by Andrew Trotter Studio and was built with local materials and using traditional construction methods. The villa is surrounded by a hectare of garden with olive and almond trees and enjoys a wonderful sea view from the roof terrace. In addition to the swimming pool there is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and wood-burning oven and an external relaxation area. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the main bedroom has its own veranda with private garden and outdoor shower. The second bedroom ha a large bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The other two bedrooms are double (one with a king bed and one with two twin beds) and shar a bathroom. The outbuilding, called lamia, houses the last bedroom. In the basement there is a cinema area. The minimum stay is 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.
