The property is an ancient Caprese-style villa, currently the summer home of a noble Neapolitan family, and recently renovated with quality materials including natural stone and ancient majolica. The Villa is not only surrounded by greenery, but also has magnificent views of the sea where it is possible to admire sunsets with extraordinary colors. The recent renovation was carried out by an iconic architect of the Mediterranean style who has worked with some of the most renowned luxury hotels on the island and on the Amalfi coast. The Villa can accommodate up to 9 guests being composed of 4 bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, a finely furnished patio with an outdoor lounge and comfortable outdoor chaise-lounges for sunbathing, reading and relaxing. The pool area, equipped with a hydromassage, is immersed in the garden and surrounded by additional chaise-lounges, umbrellas, a table where you can have aperitifs and relax breaks. The whole is completed by an outdoor shower with hot water directly set in the greenery. Immersed in the magnificent garden we find a pergotenda, equipped with a very comfortable lounge inside where you can chat and read a book even late at night as it is equipped with lighting. The house has two dining areas, one inside and one outside; the external one has a table made entirely of painted majolica and an electrically controlled sail-shaped awning ready to shelter from the sun. The internal dining area is directly connected to the living room where there is a large wooden bookcase and a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances including a Nespresso machine and an ice machine. The property also has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer equipped with a service bathroom. The Villa has two entrances: one exclusively pedestrian which connects to the center of Anacapri in 4 minutes by foot, and one which can be accessed directly by car.
