All you have to do is push the gate to access the beach. Two sailing clubs at the foot of the house offer courses from 5 years old as well as rental of catamarans, boards, kayaks or zodiacs. The house has a large and beautiful landscaped garden of approximately 1000m2 completely fenced, and planted with century-old pines and fruit trees.
