Podere Quercia is a stunning property set in the Val d'Orcia. From the house and from the infinity swimming pool one can enjoy breath-taking views over the Tuscan country side and the town of Montalcino. The house has been totally restored and refurbished to a very high standard with a tasteful combination of antique furniture and modern comfort, such as air-conditioning in all the rooms and a small gym. All the rooms have their own bathroom and are air-conditioned. Three of the four bedrooms are in the main house and a fourth bedroom is in the annex. This annex has a little kitchen with a small fridge, water, a water cooker and a coffee maker. Also you will find a little terrace with two chairs and a table where you can sit and enjoy the view overlooking the valley all the way up to Montalcino. The kitchen is very well equipped with two dishwashers, an oven, microwave, and various kitchen machinery, as well as two refrigerators and one freezer. As a pass-time you can walk around the property. The village is approximately 5-10 minutes away by car where you can find a few shops and restaurants.
