A former seignorial farm dating back to the 15th century, with outbuildings and grounds covering over 1 4 hectares in Anjou. At the beginning of the road linking the two villages, a long access track runs between fields and leads to the property entrance. Set in the hollow of a small valley, the buildings are arranged in a U-shape, with a parking area and a barn used as a garage at the front of one of the two wings. The main house, guest house and associated outbuildings mainly date back to the 18th century. They are built of rubble stone and slate or tiles on older foundations dating back to the 15th century, when the estate was part of a seignorial farm. There are a courtyard and garden in the centre, with the rest of the grounds spreading out around.

At at right angle, to the north of the house, a former barn is currently under restoration. On the other side of the square courtyard there is a huge stable, flanked by a barn to the west. Meadows and paddocks for horses surround the building.
