Hot and cold water pipes, as well as drainage pipes, have been concealed. A loop with a circulator programmed by a timer has been added to the hot water circuit to provide instant hot water at the taps. Electrical System (ELECTRICITE): All electrical conduits have been concealed within the walls. Swimming Pool (PISCINE): The pool is made of a polyester shell with a Roman-style staircase and an electrically operated PVC cover. It is set on a concrete slab and surrounded by a block wall with drainage to handle rainwater infiltration. The filtration system is located in a small vaulted stone cellar.
