The architectural complex is formed from an initial farmhouse documented in 1496, 15th century, at that time it belonged to the nucleus of La Guardia, with various transformations in the 18th-20th centuries.This building, the agricultural residence of the owners of the estate, was built following the traditional models of the time with a rectangular floor plan covered in two slopes.
