The 37.70 hectares of organic vineyard are in a very good state of maintenance, the vine is attached following the palissage method, and the plots are regularly renewed. The elegant chateau dates from 1700. Water comes from underground springs which feed a gallery from which the estate gets its name. In the same family since 1987, the domain allies terroir and tradition, as well as a respect for yesterday’s progress which allows for progress in the future.
