The two buildings, with their rendered stone walls, are linked via a vestibule topped with a terrace. The Way of Saint James, which takes the road to Espalion on the outskirts of the village, runs alongside the main facade. Behind the building, below a knoll planted with tall deciduous trees, the land offers an area that could be developed and a cabin, suspended amongst the branches of a tree. A grassy terrace extending the barn lets residents take advantage of an immense panoramic view. When the weather is good, the Cantal Mountain range can be seen on the horizon and, when it is clear, it is also possible to glimpse that of the Pyrenees beyond.

Currently, about twenty chalets are being run. The bar and restaurant part of the business is not currently used and could provide a considerable additional income.
