Podere Quercia is a stunning property set in the Val d'Orcia. From the house and from the infinity swimming pool one can enjoy breath-taking views over the Tuscan country side and the town of Montalcino. The house has been totally restored and refurbished to a very high standard with a tasteful combination of antique furniture and modern comfort, such as air-conditioning in all the rooms and a small gym. All the rooms have their own bathroom and are air-conditioned. Three of the four bedrooms are in the main house and a fourth bedroom is in the annex. This annex has a little kitchen with a small fridge, water, a water cooker and a coffee maker. It combines elegance, comfort and simplicity. The house totals 175m2 and consists of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 with a view, 1 with no view but benefiting from a private roof terrace and shower with a view) with en-suite bathrooms, 1 guest bathroom, plus a storage and a laundry room. The housekeeper cleans every day in the mid-afternoon for 2 hours and takes care of the laundry. The house is surrounded by 350 m2 of terraces spread over 2 levels, a garden of 60m2, and a pool of 28m2. The property faces South and receives full sun from the early morning till 3:00 pm.
