Venice, pearl of a romantic lagoon, city with magical views and enchanted light, have been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987. In the heart of Venice, four minutes from St. Mark's Square, just two minutes from La Fenice Theater and the famous Venetian shopping street, Calle XXII Marzo, we offer the apartment of a writer, who drew inspiration for her first books in this enchanted part of La Serenissima.
This property, rare, with an atmosphere suspended in time, between memories of travels and surprising views, is developed on the sixth floor, in a double living room, from which you can glimpse the bell tower of St. Mark's Basilica, a kitchen where you can have breakfast with a look at the rooftops of the city, and a bedroom with en suite bathroom and built-in wardrobes that create a "wall inhabited by silhouettes and stylized views". Also necessary to dwell on the quality of the materials chosen for the renovation, the exposed beams and the care used in the design and optimization of the spaces.
