Located on the other side of the courtyard, the second house is an independent dwelling, completely different from the farmhouse. Perpendicular to one of the barns, it is built out of stone and brick, while its façade is also cadenced by small-paned windows covered by ultramarine shutters.
On the other side is an ornamental garden, extended by a large pasture with a wood planted with old oaks at one end.
