The reception room, to the left of the entrance hall, lined with numerous built-in cupboards, spans more than 75 m², looking out over the street and Ranelagh Gardens. It abounds in natural light courtesy of its wide, sliding picture windows and has an ethanol fireplace, perfectly integrated into the wall, lined with built-in furniture. Two central, sliding doors, concealing the flat-screen television, are flanked on either side by bookshelf units. This room adjoins a terrace, spanning almost 27 m², which is big enough to take an eating area. It has a view of Ranelagh Gardens, with the Eiffel Tower in the distance. And lastly, this flat is installed with many of the latest modern-day home comforts. It is air-conditioned: each room has its own thermostat. It is also fitted with home automation, including an individual and centralised system for opening and closing the rolling shutters. When it is dark, night-lights integrated into the walls automatically light up at a simple movement.
