A delightful watermill with 1 3 hectares of woods and meadows, fifteen minutes from the sea, near the beautiful Penthiève coastline in northern Brittany. The River Urne is twenty-one kilometres long. Its source is between the towns of Saint-Careuc and Plaintel, in the Lorge forest, and it flows down to Yffiniac cove.
