The maximum height of the façade (above the threshold level) is 3.50m. In these buildings, a floor below the threshold level may be foreseen, whose area will not be counted for the application of the land use index or for the maximum gross construction area, if its ceiling height is less than 2.40m and if the basement is completely buried. 3.5) On this land, the installation of Isolated Tourist Enterprises and Tourism Development Centers is also allowed, with the exceptions related to the Alentejo Coast and other applicable conditions and according to the use regime of each category. The maximum gross construction area allowed on this land, for camping and caravan parks, is 1,690.00 m2. However, this activity is also limited to the maximum number of beds allowed for this area, which has already been achieved by the other tourist developments implemented in the surrounding area. 3.6) Industrial establishments for the primary processing of agricultural and forestry products, including areas for storage and logistics, within the scope of these activities. These buildings can have a maximum of one floor above ground. The maximum height of the façade (above the threshold level) is 8.00m, except in exceptional situations, duly technically justified, which require a higher height. In these buildings, a floor below the threshold level can be foreseen, up to 4.00m of ceiling height.
