The history of this castle dates back to the seventeenth century, the time of its construction, two wings were extended in the nineteenth century.
The entire building (900 m2), a chapel of the twelfth century and the park with its hundred-year-old trees are witnesses of this history (MH listed).
Past the main entrance gate, a short drive leads us to a large courtyard.
The main building and its two corner towers host large reception rooms in a row (entrance hall, lounges, dining room). With openings on both sides, these rooms are spacious and bright.
In the hall, a beautiful burgundy stone staircase goes up to the two upper floors, with landing and corridor distributing many rooms and bathrooms.
Beautiful period features have been preserved (parquet floors, tiles, stone slabs, wood paneling, painted period ceilings, fireplaces ...).
On the right wing, access to the kitchen and other service rooms.
On the left wing, there is an independent home and other storage spaces.
Service stairs, with outside access, have been preserved in both wings.
Attic, cellar and garage are also present.
The park (5 ha) extends on the west facade of the castle with paths, lawns, and big trees.
A swimming pool (12x5) was installed and hidden by a hedge of greenery.
In the grounds of the property, a house (100 m2) with garden can serve as a caretaker's house.
In addition to the coup de coeur for this beautiful ensemble, its new owner will have to plan major restoration and modernization works.
The different parts of the building can be arranged and separated from each other
(family or tourist project).
The property is located less than 30 minutes from a TGV station and a motorway exit.
The proximity of the great wines of Burgundy (clos- vougeot, gevrey-chambertin, nuits-saint-georges) is an exceptional and rare asset.
