A 1968 house with refined lines, its offices and its mineral garden enjoying absolute calm in the 12th arrondissement of Marseille. The house was built in 1968 on a walled plot of land and offers a floor area of more than 260 m². Two entrance gates provide access: one to the north and the other to the south. An architect inspired by the style of Le Corbusier designed the plans, using some of the master's concepts: a roof terrace, a free ground plan supported by pilotis, posts instead of load-bearing walls, clean, simple and geometric lines, and raw or reinforced concrete. Two limestone sculptures of animal heads, probably from an old fountain, catch the eye on the east and west facades. This is sheltered by a wall featuring a mashrabiya screen and can be accessed from one side by a rough concrete spiral staircase and from the other side by the passageway. The house has two main entrances: one on the first level to the west and the other on the first floor to the north. The multiple openings, angular and without any artifice, are wide, allowing a good circulation of light.
