SITUATION : On the southern edge of a beautiful, typical Languedoc village with all the essential amenities: grocery store, butcher's shop, bars, restaurants, pharmacy. We're just 5 minutes from Pézenas, a town steeped in history since the time of the Romans, and the birthplace of Molière, which has welcomed many famous figures for its mild climate, including Louis XIV and the Prince de Conti, etc
The HOUSE offers around 235 m2 of living space, with the living area facing south and enjoying a breathtaking view over the countryside, on the edge of the village on a non-buildable area. The sunsets are magnificent.
Photovoltaic panels have recently been installed, enabling self-consumption and resale of electricity. This has considerably reduced EDF bills.
The 2-storey house was built in 2000, on a crawl space, and is beautifully appointed.
