House Beaune (21)
A former coaching inn close to Beaune, partly dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries. The old estate comprises a number of detached buildings grouped around a shared courtyard. Most of the walls are of stone and the roofs, with a few exceptions, are clad with flat tiles. The various dwellings, although of varying heights, all have two storeys. Probably dating back to the 17th century, the oldest building on the east side of the street has half-timbered walls and features a covered gallery on the courtyard side. Continuing southwards, there is an 18th-century building with the entrance porch to the courtyard, linking it to the 17th-century house. To the north are a small house, known as the 'steward's house', and a more recent abutting barn. Also extending to the north, almost closing off the courtyard to the east, there are a number of old barns and sheds, as well as other outbuildings, used for agricultural purposes. Former stables, converted into a hay store, stand in the middle of the courtyard. The grounds, covering an area of around 2,300 m², are accessed via a track between these buildings to the north and the residential buildings to the south and east. To the south, along an east-west axis that closes off the complex, a house built in the 1920s links up with the 18th-century building to the east, which has a facade on the street side.

Apartment Beaune (21)
A 133 m² flat in an 18th century mansion house, with a cellar, in Burgundy’s Beaune. The street facades represent a succession of buildings, the walls of which are interspersed with carriage doors and discreet little entrance doors. Set slightly back, the main entrance door links two buildings, with different heights and roof dormers, unified by a stone-coloured facade. Three steps go up into the building’s vestibule, with exposed Burgundy stone block walls and a travertine floor. Winding around its stairwell, a stone stairway, embellished with refined, wrought iron railings topped with a wooden handrail, goes up to the second floor and its landing, giving access to the flat. The luminosity provided by a lightwell enhances the beauty of the exposed stone walls and the elegance of the stairway which appears to pirouette. This flat can also be reached via its own private lift to be found in the vestibule of the mansion house’s first interior courtyard.

House Beaune (21)
An 18th and 19th century country residence with 3 5 ha of grounds close to Seurre and its banks of the Saône, not far from Beaune in the Côte-d'Or. As the construction of such a complex always happens over a long period of time, the residence, surrounded by 3.5 ha of wooded grounds, comprises a rectangular 19th century Directoire-style main building with two storeys and an older wing built in the 18th century. Nearby, there are a former caretaker's cottage and a well. A little further apart, the outbuilding, once a stable and garage for horse-drawn vehicles, now houses a workshop with storerooms on the ground floor and a flat on the first floor. The facades are of rendered or roughcast stone, with rectilinear or arched windows, some of which have dressed stone surrounds, and topped by flat tile roofs with two or four pitches. Finally, the buildings are surrounded by 3.5 hectares of grounds comprising coppices, orchard, vegetable patch and meadow.

House Pommard (21)
On the edge of Pommard, this old winemakers stone house has been entirely renovated. The terrace overlooking the vineyard is a must for wine lovers. With an enclosed private courtyard, the 5-bedroom family house has kept all its original features: oakwood beams, terracotta tiles and parquet floors A gate at the end of a passageway opens onto the enclosed courtyard. To the right the open barn and to the left the family house. There are 3 doors opening onto the house: an old oakwood door leading to the entrance hall, a French door opening onto the kitchen and an upstairs door leading to one of the bedrooms. The oakwood door leads into a wide entrance also used as a “snug” to lounge around and read a book. Here, a first door opens onto a large toilet with wash basin and another door to the wine cellar. From there, a passageway leads to a large living room with two small windows west-facing and two large windows looking onto the courtyard on the east side. One can appreciate the oakwood beams, the stone around the original half circle window and the ramp going to the kitchen which was used in the past to roll down the wine barrels. The kitchen is spacious with a lounging corner and a dining area for a large table. The high-quality kitchen furniture is white and sober, with Burgundian stone tops and the best appliances. The French doors bring in a lot of light from the east and open onto the sunny courtyard. In the corner of the kitchen, an L-shaped staircase leads to the laundry/boiler room to the right, and to the bedrooms, to the left. A long central corridor takes you first to a very large family bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and two wash basins. Then two doors either side of the corridor open onto bedrooms which are spacious with original floors, wood or terracotta tiles and original, not used, fireplaces in some of the rooms. At the end of the corridor a master bedroom with view on the courtyard and the vineyards, with its own separate reading room as well as a large bathroom with toilet. If one decides to transform the attic space, with beautiful beam structure and truss, into living space, subject to permission, the reading room has been planned for a future staircase leading up to this second floor. Currently, the attic can be reached via the original attic stairs situated at the beginning of the corridor. Back in the courtyard, in front of the house at the entrance, is a workshop/atelier with an attic which could be transformed or used as storage. Further on is an open barn transformed into a carport for 2 cars and a space covering the free-standing pool as well as an eating area. Above this space is a wooden terrace, in need of renovation, where one can enjoy a nice meal or just a good wine while contemplating the changing colors of the famous Burgundy vineyards.
