An elegantly renovated 18th-century farmhouse with outbuildings, a garden, a swimming pool and one hectare of grounds, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Paris. The house is nestled on the edge of the village. You enter the grounds via a double metal gate that is set back from the village road. In front of this gate, there is a gravelled area where several vehicles can be parked. Beyond the gate, you can admire a harmonious complex of buildings within a walled plot, complete with lawns. A long building that dates back to 1775 forms the main dwelling. It has a ground floor and a first floor and it is crowned with a gable roof of flat Burgundy tiles. A gabled wall dormer stands out on the roof, straight above the entrance door. The elevations are rendered and brought out by brickwork surrounds that frame the doors and windows. There are many openings of different sizes and they are fitted with large casement windows and French windows. A terrace runs along the foot of the building’s facade. A wing with broad openings that lead out into the court protrudes from the main dwelling at a right angle to it. Beneath its exposed roof frame, this section houses a remarkably large winepress that dates back to the 14th century. Outbuildings lie opposite the dwelling. They bear the same characteristics as the main edifice. Further back, at the end of the property, there is a second court. A former barn towers beside it. Lawns, flowerbeds, a swimming pool and a well adorn this splendid complex.
