OVERVIEW At the end of a long lane, surrounded by well-tended lawns, we find a very pretty stone house that has been extensively renovated to highlight its many original features. The particular charm of the property lies in the exposed stone and brick that really make it stand out from other houses in this price range. It has only two neighbours, so you can be private but not isolated. If you want to be totally isolated in the country this is not the property for you, but if you like the calm of the countryside combined with the security of having a neighbour or two to keep an eye on the property when you are away, this home is ideal. We loved the location - between a small village and the proximity to Agen with all its amenities and train station. And we also loved the fact that all the hard work has already been done!
