House with pool and garden Bucharest (Romania)
Set in one of Bucharest’s most exclusive and difficult-to-replicate residential positions, this contemporary villa redefines the relationship between architecture, light, and water. Properties with direct, unobstructed frontage to Lake Floreasca are exceptionally rare, while this residence transforms the privilege of its setting into a living experience shaped around the lake, privacy, and expansive spaces designed for both everyday living and entertaining. Full-height windows present throughout nearly every room constantly open the interiors toward panoramic lake views, flooding the spaces with natural light and creating the atmosphere of an urban retreat with a permanent holiday feel. The panoramic rooftop terrace, spanning over 150 sqm and equipped with a cooking island, was conceived for large gatherings, “al fresco” dining, and generous lounge areas, becoming one of the property’s most remarkable features. The villa was nominated at the 2004 Architecture Annual Awards and was designed by architect Viorel Hurduc, professor at the Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism and the first elected president of the Union of Architects of Romania. Reflecting on the project, the architect stated: “There is certainly a certain hypocrisy in this very simple space, yet its simplicity is in fact extremely constructed; behind the flat surface lies an entire technical process that ultimately allowed the materials to settle into perfect harmony.” Organized across multiple levels, the residence comprises seven rooms, including four bedrooms, complemented by four dressing rooms and fluid interiors constantly oriented toward the lake. The first-floor bedrooms each benefit from their own bathroom and dressing area, while the entire upper level is dedicated to the master suite, conceived as a private apartment featuring a bedroom of over 35 sqm with its own terrace overlooking the lake, two dressing rooms, and two bathrooms. The living area brings together the lounge, dining space, and fitness room in a seamless succession of interiors opening toward the water. The property also includes a kitchen, dedicated laundry room, garage, and parking solutions for up to five vehicles, all discreetly integrated into an architectural composition designed for contemporary comfort and uncompromising functionality. At courtyard level, the terraces and outdoor living areas were carefully designed to create multiple open-air relaxation spaces, allowing the residence to be experienced differently throughout the day. The outdoor swimming pool further enhances the character of this discreet and exclusive urban retreat. The panoramic rooftop terrace acts as a spectacular extension of the living space, offering several areas dedicated to relaxation, dining, and social gatherings, complemented by a bar and sweeping views over Lake Floreasca. Accessible directly via the Schindler elevator that travels throughout the entire residence, the rooftop becomes a true urban lounge with the atmosphere of a private resort. The finishes and amenities reinforce the property’s premium character through marble and granite surfaces, vertical wood cladding elements, solid hardwood flooring, aluminum window frames with insulated glazing, centralized climate control, mixed underfloor and radiator heating, electric blinds, and technical spaces discreetly integrated into the architecture of the home.

Property with garden Bucharest (Romania)
The villa is located in one of Bucharest's most important historical subdivisions, Bonaparte Mora, approved in 1913 and developed in the following years. The area is renowned for its cohesive urban planning and the architectural value of the buildings erected in this elite part of the Capital. Just steps away from Dorobanti Square, the property can today serve both as a residence or office space. The building was constructed around 1920 and preserves the elegance and refinement characteristic of the interwar period. The villa belonged to Nicolae Penescu (1896?1982), a prominent politician, former Minister of the Interior in the Sanatescu Government and Secretary General of the National Peasant Party, a close associate of Iuliu Maniu. Penescu was arrested following the Tamadau setup, later managing to emigrate to France, where he continued his political activity in exile. The property has proven its market potential and versatility, being used in its recent times as the residence of a Forbes 500 company CEO, as an embassy, and as an institutional headquarters. The building is a single-family villa and spans four levels: semi-basement , ground floor, first floor, and attic. The main entrance is on the front façade, protected by a canopy, while the secondary entrance is on the side, leading to the utility rooms in the basement . At the rear, the ground floor salons open elegantly onto the property's garden. The villa's architecture is Neo-Romanian with Art Deco influences, evident in the simplified and elegant decorative elements. The volume is well balanced, and the façades are designed with great attention to proportion and detail. The main and secondary façades are adorned with decorative cut bricks, arranged in dentils below the window sills and at the cornice line an element frequently found in Neo-Romanian architecture, inspired by church decorat ions. The ground floor hosts the reception rooms: salons, office, and dining room, while the upper floor is designated as the sleeping area, with well-proport ioned bedrooms. The master bedroom opens onto the loggia, which sits above a glazed salon on the ground floor that could be arranged as a conservatory. A distinct feature is the upper floor loggia, located on the building’s corner, with a carved Albesti stone balustrade decorated in the Brâncovenesc style, offering views of the garden. The street-facing fence is built from brick masonry topped with tiles, in harmony with the house’s architecture and the urban planning guidelines of the Bonaparte subdivision. The aesthetic value of the interior spaces arises from their successful proportions and the natural light that fills the rooms. The villa is a true example of interwar Romanian architecture, harmoniously blending Neo-Romanian, Brâncovenesc, and Art Deco elements, offering a refined and valuable living space that is representative of a culturally and urban vibrant era. The main staircase is truly special, with solid oak steps and a handrail adorned with profiled balusters. The secondary staircase has a metal handrail and is fully functional. Windows are sized according to the importance and function of each room, with new exterior wood joinery installed. The interior joinery consists of new, solid wooden doors. Finishes are simple yet elegant, with parquet floors and plain-painted walls without decorative plasterwork. The interior retains its original layout , ideal for a family residence or an elegant office space .

There are houses that you pass by without even noticing they exist and there houses that force you to stop to admire their beauty. It will be impossible to stroll through Bucharest’s city center on Nicolae Iorga Street without stopping for a second to enjoy the architectural perfection of the building signed by Paul Smărăndescu. The main building has a neo-romanian style and was nuilt in 1914 after the the plans of Paul Smărăndescu, while the second building, also featuring the inspiration and the style elements of the first one, was erected later on with the care of Constantin Iotzu. Iosif Pincas was one of the important figures of the interwar Romania and the property he built on 18th Romana Street, as it was called at that time, was supposed to reflect his status and his influence in the social life of those times. Raised in a wealthy Spanish family with jewish origins, Iosif Pincas is also the brother of the famous Spanish painter Pascin. This distinguished property represents one of the rare opportunities to own a residence that brings together architectural heritage, character, and versatility in a refined and harmonious composition. Set on a 1,120 sqm plot, the estate unfolds over a built area of 1,300 sqm and comprises an imposing main villa and two annex houses, offering a total of 30 rooms, 14 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms — a scale that supports both the intimacy of a private residence and the prestige of a representative headquarters. Built in 1908 on what is today Logofăt Luca Stroici Street (formerly Biserica Popa Chițu Street), the residence was commissioned by engineer Caton Simon and designed by German architect Josef Geggerle (b. 1873), in collaboration with engineer and contractor Wilhelm Brand; during the interwar period, the property was owned by Heinerich Steinberg — details that reinforce its documented historical lineage and identity. The main villa, with its elegant façade, Corinthian columns, and finely crafted architectural details, reveals a charming interior with high ceilings, solid wood herringbone parquet flooring, original chandeliers, and large windows that flood the rooms with natural light. The balanced layout includes multiple reception salons, private offices, and relaxation areas, evoking the atmosphere of an aristocratic residence. The two annex houses, discreetly positioned within the courtyard, perfectly complement the ensemble — ideal for guest accommodation, creative workspaces, or refined offices. The landscaped garden, surrounded by mature trees, offers an oasis of calm in the heart of the city, while the villa’s architectural integrity makes it suitable both as an exclusive private residence and as an embassy or premium company headquarters. The property’s rehabilitation project received an award at the National Architecture Biennale, Bucharest, 2012 — recognition of its architectural value and of an intervention carried out with respect for the building’s original character. Located in the prestigious Icoanei area, one of Bucharest’s most refined and valuable historic districts, the property benefits from a privileged setting, surrounded by shaded streets, elegant villas, and major cultural landmarks. This part of the city has long been associated with artistic life, diplomatic residences, and timeless refinement, offering a balanced blend of tranquility and proximity to the vibrant city center. Blending classical charm with contemporary potential, this emblematic Bucharest property stands as a true architectural statement — grand, elegant, and ready to embrace a new destination worthy of its stature.

House with garden and terrace Bucharest (Romania)
The building is a small jewel, richly decorated and preserving a classic elegance and the distinction of the era in which it was built. The archives mention that in 1911 the house belonged to a certain lieutenant Ionescu about whom today we don't know much, only the essential - he was a man of taste. The building is a former private residence with a low height regime but it offers sufficient and intelligently designed space for the needs of a modern family or company. Until recently, the Austrian Consulate functioned in the building. There are pilasters with capitals that guard the bay window both inside and outside in the living area; they are also found, though with reduced height, as decorative pillars of the entrance porch. The semicircle is the geometric figure chosen to complement and sweeten the straight lines of the window boxes and blazons on the facade; it is found at the bay window, at the windows facing the street and in the double-arched pediment. The double doors at the entrance complement the classic style of the building with decorative garlands and paneling. The windows are high, and the window casing adds an extra touch of elegance; the same role is played by the small iron decorations that serve as fasteners for downspouts. The ground floor is located on a high basement and this lends it presence. Inside, the building requires renovation work but it promises to reward you with spaces with personality that still preserve, in some rooms, the original parquet flooring and stoves with beautiful ironwork. The upper floor is not fully visible from the front; it reveals itself on the side, where there is also a secondary entrance to the building. The unfurnished attic can be lofted as a storage space. The area still retains many buildings from the end of the 19th century, which gives it a bohemian air and guarantees protection from an urban planning point of view. Some of the buildings have been restored and many others are waiting for their chance at a new life. The centrality of the area invites commercial investment in both office space and commercial units and makes it attractive for future developments. Villa with garden and terrace Otopeni (Romania)
In the world of architecture, sometimes projects are born that exceed the traditional boundaries of residential design. The Sun House is one of those remarkable stories. A project that perfectly illustrates how cutting-edge technology and sustainability can coexist harmoniously in a natural landscape. What makes the Sun House so special? An architecture that maximizes solar energy, executed to the passive house standard, with an all-wood structure, a smart yet user-friendly home, and an active, edible garden. The Sun House was an ambitious idea that came to life in 2018, in the expansion area of Otopeni, in the immediate vicinity of the Bucharest ring road. With a unique shape and a design that departs from the traditional conventions of homes, it is an example of energy efficiency that maximizes the power of the sun. It has been certified as a Passive House Plus, according to the international standard of the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt. In Romania, there are a total of three certified Passive Plus houses. One remarkable aspect of this residence is the integral use of wood, creating a natural and pleasant ambiance. The ground floor is made of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), a cutting-edge material with structural walls that allow generous openings without the need for supporting pillars or beams. The ground floor is conceived as a central space (the living area) from which the other living rooms are distributed. The floor plan organization, inspired by the archetype of courtyard houses, uses the living room both as a central living space (for cooking, dining, and conversation) and as an interior courtyard from which the bedrooms are entered. The central room naturally extends to the exterior garden on the south side but also visually communicates with the greenhouse, featuring a skylight integrated into the greenhouse floor. However, the greenhouse has external access, as the two levels of the house have different energy performances and independent comfort assurance systems. Above the living space, in the attic area, the spectacular greenhouse adds a unique element - an open space that can be transformed into a flexible, green, and bright living space, with a partially opaque roof on the north side and mostly transparent elsewhere, allowing natural light to penetrate. The garden surrounding the Sun House is ideal for nature lovers. The landscaping was designed in parallel with the architectural plans, with the project theme being an edible garden that provides increased privacy. With an impressive number of plants, fruit trees, shrubs, aromatic plants, and fresh vegetables, the property not only enriches the landscape but also becomes an active yet relaxing space that offers a source of fresh and healthy food. The Sun House is an extraordinary example of a home designed for the future. It is a profound commitment to innovation, sustainability, and environmental respect. A warm, friendly, and bright refuge, an open space for family and friends, in a young community and an area shielded from the noise and hustle typical of urban crowds.

Property with garden Odvoș (Romania)
Konopi Estate stands out through a refined architectural presence shaped by balanced proportions and the restrained elegance of Neoclassical design. Known as a castle, the residence discreetly commands its surroundings through the harmony of its volumes and a monumental entrance framed by paired columns and semi-columns crowned with Corinthian capitals. Symmetrical setbacks add depth to the composition, while the understated ornamentation and beige-green façade palette emphasize its timeless character. Within the grounds lies the estate’s former chapel, recognizable by the sundial placed above its entrance. Later donated to the Roman Catholic Church, it preserves in its apse the heraldic coats of arms of the Brunszvik and Forray families — lasting testimonies to the aristocratic lineage that shaped the property. The estate witnessed the vibrant social life of the aristocracy, hosting gatherings and cultural events characteristic of its era. The uprising of Horia, Cloșca and Crișan in 1784 brought significant devastation, marking a turning point in its history. In the mid-19th century, the property was acquired from Count Nádasdy by Antal Czigler de Konop, whose family officially adopted the name Konopi in 1870, preserving the noble predicate associated with the domain. Its origins reach much further back, forming part of the feudal domain of Șoimuș (Solymos). Over time, it belonged to notable Central European figures and noble families, including John Hunyadi — Voivode of Transylvania and Governor of the Kingdom of Hungary — Johann Giskra von Brandeis, captain to King Matthias Corvinus, the influential Bánffy family, and later the House of Georg of Brandenburg in 1510, before becoming the property of Prince Forray. The reconstruction of the estate coincided with the development of the railway along the Mureș Valley, making it one of the early regional buildings to integrate metal beams into its structure — a dialogue between tradition and modernity. The large stable within the western courtyard reflects late 19th-century industrial architecture, sharing similarities with the renowned Andrényi warehouses of the period. The last descendant of the family, Baron Kálmán Konopi (1880–1947), an engineer and agricultural researcher, returned after his studies abroad to manage the estate. Under his leadership, the property became a center for agricultural experimentation, where the renowned “Conop wheat” was developed through research focused on resilient grain varieties adapted to flooding and drought conditions. Patrons of the arts, the Baron and his wife, Boér Vilma, maintained close ties with the artistic colony of Gödöllő. During the interwar period, the estate became a meeting place for artists and intellectuals, associated with the evolution of Szecesszió — the Hungarian expression of the Art Nouveau movement. Today, the property extends across approximately 1.70 hectares, preserving the imprint of a remarkable aristocratic legacy and offering a rare opportunity to continue the story of an estate where architecture, agricultural innovation and European cultural life converged. Through its scale, architectural distinction and cultural significance, the estate offers exceptional versatility. It may become a prestigious private residence, a boutique hotel or cultural retreat, the headquarters of a foundation or representative institution, as well as a venue dedicated to events or artistic initiatives. The balance between history, setting and proportions allows the property to adapt to diverse contemporary visions while preserving the authenticity that defines its identity.

House Bucharest (Romania)
In Comarnic, green is at home; thousands of trees stretch billions of leaves towards the sun and spread shade and coolness around. In one of the high areas, on a tongue of land drowned in greenery, there are two identical houses; the twin sister is positioned at the back, not at all invasive in terms of privacy. The villa for sale, a modern and discreet construction at first impression, reveals its true elegance only from the glass-enclosed terrace – soft textiles in sand colors announce the chromatics of the entire house, and the exposed brick, the fireplace, the shades of cement gray and the dark metal joinery complete the atmosphere of a space designed to relax without being boring. In addition, being equipped with the necessary for an al fresco dinner, the panorama is guaranteed to be admired in the evening, when the forest darkens in the colors of twilight. The interior of the ground floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, one bedroom, bathroom and terrace) exploits the difference in level in an intelligent way, obtaining a decorative and functional step between the open kitchen and the living room. With a fireplace and soft colors, the living room is comfortable but with a certain alert feeling - here time does not flow, does not pass but is lived, enjoyed. The same goes for the first floor, where there are three bedrooms carefully decorated, with soothing shades; a luxury hotel atmosphere prevails with rounded asperities and discreet, stylish, chromatically articulated bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom, sauna and a small terrace with a view. The design project is made and implemented by Simetrica Design; the furniture and materials are premium, as are the electronic equipment. The house is perfectly functional, the heating is done through the floor throughout the house (gas central heating). It has air conditioning and all the facilities, plus a person from the area who takes care of daily maintenance (cleaning, mowing the lawn, changing bedding, washing, etc.) which makes it very attractive as an investment for the purpose of tourist exploitation (AirBnB). Comarnic, for many just a town on the way to the mountains, has recently become extremely attractive for those looking for a clean place not far from Bucharest. It entices with hot bread and bagels on the main street, but the real treasures are hidden - the Lespezi hermitage, a hermitage of monks from 1661 and painted by Parvu Mutu the Painter; the Saint Nicholas church is newer, only from 1905, but it boasts a magnificent icon donated by Gheorghe Valentin Bibescu and Martha Bibescu. The Posada Hunting Museum with its exhibits - animals, weapons, hunting trophies. The spectacular Doftana Valley is also just a stone's throw away, and the more popular mountain resorts are not much further away either. Out of a complex with four plots, the property owns three plots, two are available for construction.

House with garden and terrace Bucharest (Romania)
The Communal Society for Affordable Housing, founded in the early 20th century, played a crucial role in transforming Bucharest's urban landscape by developing standardised housing. Among its most significant projects is the Clucerului Plot, a landmark of housing reform to introduce the Neo-Romanian architectural style. Clucerului was the first plot developed by the Society, comprising just 61 homes on three streets, on the former grounds of Boerescu Park. The original owners included lawyers, professors, officers, and public officials. Type C and D homes, paired under the same roof and built on 180 square meter plots, were designed to provide generous, well-structured spaces for families, emphasising the concept of a house surrounded by a garden, a model that became essential for the city's expansion. Notably, none of the houses in this plot were damaged by the earthquakes of 1940 and 1977. The housing project was designed by the renowned architect Ioan D. Trajanescu, who also built his own residence here—a lasting symbol of the plot and the only individual building. The project was praised for its simplicity, purity of form and style, and picturesque verandas, which evoked traditional architectural craftsmanship (Universul Literar). It incorporated traditional architectural references, such as the semicircular window frames on the facade. Part of this development, our residence combines the charm of the Neo-Romanian style with modern functionality. The villa impresses with its spaciousness, offering no fewer than eight intelligently arranged rooms, ideal for a family seeking timeless comfort and elegance. The villa features three distinct entrances, providing flexibility and privacy for its residents. The front building section includes the ground floor, first floor, and attic—a perfect space to convert 20 square meters into a children's play area. Designed in a wagon style, the ground floor connects to the second, taller building section. In this so-called tower, you find the second and third floors, crowned by a generous 40-square-meter terrace on the top floor—ideal for relaxation, family events, or quiet evenings under the stars. Additionally, a small 10-square-meter semi-basement can be used for storage, laundry, or drying room, while the larger semi-basement, double in size, can function as an office. The garden has been completely renovated, becoming a perfect oasis for outdoor recreation and activities. Clucerului Plot, known for introducing housing reform and promoting the Neo-Romanian style, represents a dream location for those who appreciate history and elegance. Here, each house tells a story, and this property is no exception.

Vineyard Bucharest (Romania)
Seen from above, the landscape unfolds in a vast expanse of green, traced only by three parallel roads intersected by two others, all set far apart from each other. Between them, nothing but vegetation — and upon closer inspection, one area stands out through the symmetry of vineyard rows, neatly aligned in perfect order. A small orchard separates the vineyard from the winery. At ground level, access to the property is through a gate framed by red brick pillars; to the right, the eye is drawn to a house with the personality of the old and unconquered, while straight ahead lies the vineyard in all its splendor — 3.13 hectares in the heart of the D.O.C. Miniș / Crișana wine region. Here, Cabernet Sauvignon is cultivated using sustainable viticulture methods (the organic certification process for both the vineyard and the wine began in 2022). The grapes are vinified as a single varietal, and the winery holds vintages over ten years old, made from vines aged between 35 and 50 years. An additional feature that gives the estate a unique potential is the land subdivision – there are nine intravilan (buildable) plots, each with easy access (asphalt or gravel roads), utilities on site, and the possibility to build holiday cottages or bungalows. This configuration allows for the development of a tourist and leisure area, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy the complete vineyard and wine experience. The property includes vineyard maintenance services, as well as the full infrastructure necessary for premium wine production – from grape to bottle, under the Protected Designation of Origin (D.O.P. Miniș). There is also the possibility to store the wine produced in the estate’s cellars, while the central area of the property can host private events or wine tastings in an authentic, rustic, and elegant setting. Wine has been produced in Birăuaș since 1801, at that time under the name Josef Domany Estates, official supplier to the Imperial Court of Vienna, which obtained the title of K.U.K. Hoflieferant in 1899. Active again since 2002, the property now owns the most valuable part of these former estates — three wine cellars and part of the old vineyard. The vines embrace not only the land but also the corners of the house, climbing gently around old wooden shutters and up to the eaves. Alongside the low stone fences separating the areas and the wooden pillars supporting heavy red-tiled roofs, the breeze whispering through the ripe grape clusters tells the story of a life fulfilled through passion and dedication to nature. The Miniș wines were awarded in London (1862, 1876) and Budapest (1875, 1884) and have not lost their value today, continuing to receive awards and maintaining an average rating of 3.8/5 on Vivino. These wines have excellent aging potential, being barrel-aged in French oak, and the sale package includes approximately 20,000 bottles of premium bottled wine.In addition to the winery and winemaking equipment, the property also includes a mini-distillery (a Christian Carl column still with trays) where high-quality distillates are produced from wine and pomace (“Grappa”), as well as a special fortified wine (“vin de noix”). The property is sold as a fully functional business, including all equipment and machinery for wine production, distillation, and vineyard processing (complete list available upon request), along with a comprehensive branding and e-commerce package (new website, integrated online shop, logo rebranding, labels, business cards, wine list, etc.), domestic retail contracts (resellers/distributors and specialized venues). Next to the vineyard are two traditional houses (colne, built in the mid-19th century) totaling 380 sqm, arranged as tasting and relaxation spaces, a 210 sqm production building, 200 sqm of vaulted cellars, covered terraces, and an attic of approximately 200 sqm suitable for conversion. D.O.C. Miniș Vineyard - Cabernet Sauvignon – 12 years old, approx. 4,800 vines/ha on 3.13 ha and fruit orchard

Property with garden Blejești (Romania)
Located at the crossroads of the road where, in the old days, the Bucharest-Craiova stagecoach passed, Blejesti is an ancient settlement, the area being continuously inhabited since the times of the Dacians. The village of today is situated on a part of the former Beloaica estate of Elena Mavrocordat, a domain that, in its time, spanned more than 14,000 hectares. The ancient history of the area is reflected in the architectural remnants preserved to this day, and among these, the Voinea Mansion is one of the most remarkable. The mansion was the country residence of Dumitru Voinea in the former Vlaşca County. The building, with relatively large dimensions, was constructed in 1890. By the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, it became a common practice for wealthy families across the country to build town houses in the eclectic – neo-Romanian style in the localities where they owned estates. Originally, the mansion belonged to the property held by the brothers Constantin and Grigore P. Olănescu in Blejesti and was later acquired by Dumitru Voinea, an industrialist who owned two factories in Bucharest and Brașov by the end of the first quarter of the last century. The mansion, resembling a villa with relatively large dimensions, with a ground floor and an upper floor, has its main entrance on the northern side, at the base of a hexagonal tower with asymmetric sides. The entrance, with a semicircular arch and two columns, is flanked on either side by two openings also with semicircular arches, all marked by a cornice that follows the same shape. The rhythmic pattern of the northern façade is created by the light openings, three on each level, framed with decorative geometric elements made of straight, bent, and curved lines, which are also found on the right side of the southern façade. On the southern side, there is a tower with a gazebo, which recalls the neo-Romanian style, and access was either through a massive staircase placed on the left side, or directly from the upper floor, while in the central area there was an entrance leading down to the cellar. The lateral staircase is protected by a sheet metal canopy, which is part of the roof, supported by a double wooden console. Currently, the openings on the three sides of the gazebo, as well as the exterior access path, are closed with windows fixed in metal frames. This component of the building served as a viewpoint overlooking the garden surrounding the mansion and the valley of the Glavacioc River, as well as the nearby forest. The upper part of the building is outlined by a profiled cornice, and the construction is topped by a high, four-sided roof made of sheet metal. The mansion has a built area of 604 square meters and sits on a 3-hectare plot of land, which also houses a series of annexes, many of which were added later, after nationalization. After the property passed into state ownership, the mansion served various purposes, the last of which was as the headquarters of the former Blejești Agricultural Cooperative (IAS). In the former annexes, some recently renovated and others still being renovated, a small farm is currently operating. The mansion is classified as a historic monument of class B, it is in relatively good preservation, and it holds immense potential to be transformed into an exceptional private residence or, why not, it could be used for a development in the fields of tourism, events, or medical care.
