Villa Luisa Maria is located in Francavilla di Sicilia, and in particular in the center of the Alcantara Valley. The villa has been declared of particularly important naturalistic, historical, artistic and architectural interest with Decree no. 6179 dated 11/06/1993 of the regional councilor for cultural and environmental heritage and public education. It is located 15 km away from the sea of Giardini Naxos, 20 km from Taormina and a few kilometers from some of the most important wineries in the Etna DOC area, currently one of the most interesting areas in the world, from the point of enological and more generally, enogastronomic view. It can be easily reached from Catania in 35/40 minutes by car via the Messina-Catania motorway (35 km), exiting at Giardini Naxos, and traveling another 15 km of state road, very smooth and fast and with a beautiful view. In addition, in about 50 minutes by car you can comfortably reach the Catania - Fontanarossa Airport (again via the motorway).
