The valuable materials used during the renovation are another important feature of this property. Starting from the plasters of natural 'Pozzolanica Romana' lime, forming an excellent natural thermal coat due to their external thickness, all the way to the founding system, consisting in the positioning of 90 micro poles that have made the villa and surrounding ground stable. The roof structure has been equipped with a ventilated chamber, in order to guarantee the thermal containment of the house.
