A neoclassical-style town house with 1 200 m² of living space 1 5 hours from Paris and a stone's throw from Rouen city centre. The town house is located near the prefecture, the right bank quays and the Gros-Horloge shopping street. The building's Haussmann-style paved courtyard is accessed from the street via a painted wooden carriage door with two molded leaves. The main facade, fashioned in ashlar, is covered with light-toned rendering. In the center, a double door with a semi-circular transom, framed by two round niches with busts and two hollowed out spaces awaiting statues, opens onto a vast hall. The building is flanked on either side by outbuildings. The building's 1 200 m² of living space is spread out over three floors, as well as the wings and a small room at the top, which surmounts the central bay and is covered by a rectangular pavilion roof. Finally, garages are accessible from an adjacent street.
