A single-row génoise cornice runs along the top of the walls. Rectangular windows with small panes punctuate the elevations. They are fitted with wooden shutters. A barn, which includes looseboxes for horses and a wine cellar, adjoins the dwelling. A glazed extension connects the old country house to the traditional Périgord outbuilding. This extension increases the total floor area and provides access to a vast paved terrace, a swimming pol and a summer kitchen. Grounds covering roughly one hectare extend around the buildings.
