Farmhouse with pool Lyon 1er (69)
A renovated farmhouse, outbuildings, garden and swimming pool in an unspoilt, lively village in the Ain department, between Lyon and Geneva. The property is accessed via a locked gate. Visitors are immediately made to feel welcome when they enter the courtyard dominated by an ancient plane tree, the site's guardian. The renovated farmhouse dating back to 1874 and its outbuildings surround the tree. The swimming pool, built in the former barn, overlooks the courtyard and the flower-filled, wooded garden, at the far end of which is an orchard with a wide variety of fruit trees. A converted caravan has a wide range of uses. A double garage, equipped with an electric car charging point, converted outbuildings used as guest rooms, a summer kitchen and wooden terraces with summer lounges complete the property. A vast barn, which was once a stable, still needs to be converted.

Apartment Lyon 1er (69)
A 2nd floor flat of more than 100 m² with lift on the “Presqu’île”, the banks of the Rhône, in the 1st arrondissement of Lyon. Set back from the Rhone quay, a few steps from the Town Hall and its bustle, the ground floor and cellars of the building were probably once used to store wine barrels. A ring in the building's alleyway used to moor boats on the previously unpaved riverbank is evidence of this past activity. Today, a driveway below the building, set back from the quay, provides parking for a few cars. The staircase and the common areas with their Burgundy stone floors reflect a certain sobriety. There are two flats on each floor of the building.

Apartment Lyon 1er (69)
A 131 m² flat on the 2nd floor of an old building with lift, close to Rue de la République and the Opera district in Lyon. Under its low-pitched roof clad with monk-and-nun tiles, the building has four levels with a ground floor or 'entresol lyonnais' (raised ground floor) housing a shop and a restaurant. Stone stringcourses run along the sober, rendered facade which is punctuated with mainly large-paned windows surrounded by dressed stone. A lift in the inner courtyard and a stone staircase with a wrought iron railing serve the different levels. Access to the building is secured by a solid wooden door with entryphone system, surrounded by a semi-circular stone frame and topped by a moulded transom window. On the ground floor, the commercial premises have their own access from the street.

Castle Lyon 1er (69)
A magnificent Italian-style chateau built in 1877 with splendid grounds, nestled in the town of Écully in Greater Lyon. The chateau was built in 1877. Beyond a long wall, it comes into view as soon as you step through the property’s imposing entrance gate. The whole edifice is built of dressed stone. It is a replica of a Florentine villa in a Palladian style that bears all the traits of Vitruvian architecture – a building based on the golden ratio with three essential qualities: strength, usefulness and beauty. The number seven is represented in the number of rooms and windows and even in the garden where there are seven topiary shrubs. The chateau is square in shape and faces south. It is crowned with a flat roof. Its horizontal lines combine subtly with the verticality of its columns and tall Renaissance-style windows capped with triangular pediments. The building has a garden level, a raised ground floor, a first floor and a second floor. On both the facade and the rear elevation, a double flight of stone steps with two quarter turns and finely carved pear balusters lead up into the raised ground floor: on the north side, the steps take you to an entrance hall and on the south side the steps take you to a vast lounge with large windows at the end of a long gallery. You can also reach the interior via other entrances on each side and you can drive straight up to the foot of the chateau’s front steps. On the garden side, a flight of steps takes you down beyond the topiary shrubs to a vast lawn. The edifice is surrounded by its lush grounds. Its east side is edged with leafy trees that provide shade and coolness. Furthermore, its gallery with imposing columns protects the dwelling from the sun too. On the west side, woods make the property cosy. And in the garden, at the bottom of its steps, there is a large oval pond. Beyond this ornamental pond, your gaze is drawn to the splendid vista of greenery and open space that the garden offers.
