A corridor on the ground floor distributes a parental area providing life on one level and offering a comfortable dressing room, a contemporary design bathroom and a bedroom with direct access to the swimming pool. The kitchen, meanwhile, gives access to a large pantry/laundry room and the garage for a simplified way of life. The first floor, served by a unique staircase in broken laminated glass and metal, with the most beautiful effect, leads you to a large open landing where a gym, workspace, library, or even a cinema room will find their place. This connects 3 beautiful, very spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom with free-standing bath and hydro-massage shower cubicle. It is spacious enough to consider creating additional rooms in it. The land of almost 1 hectare offers you multiple parking spaces on the front, a landscaped rear garden, around the swimming pool and terrace, as well as a large fully constructible part of more than 6000m2 to give free rein to all your desires, whether it is to have a meadow for horses, the addition of a guest house, outbuildings, or a large landscaped park in your image...
