The estate was then run by descendants of the family until it was bought in 2011 by Domaine & Demeure and Vignobles Bonfils, which gave it a new lease of life in 2016. The cellar and the vines have been entirely restored, managed by Laurent Bonfils and his team, with the intention of protecting and highlighting the terroir and the grape varieties to create emblematic and exceptional wines. The estates wines and those from other Bonfils estates in the Languedoc and Bordeaux are served in our restaurant and are available for sale in our wine shop. Discover the vineyards surrounding Château St Pierre de Serjac on foot or by bike, follow the marked trails to observe and learn about the grape varieties that are at the heart of our wines.
