In the Vienne department (86), only 20 minutes from Châtellerault (TGV station), Barnes Propriétés & Châteaux offers for sale this authentic chateau of 600m² of living space surrounded by a moat and 4.3 hectares of land. The origins date back to the 15th century and the château was subsequently redesigned in the 17th and 18th centuries. Today it has an L shaped plan with two wings on the north and west sides of the main courtyard. To the east of the courtyard, two square Louis XIII châtelets frame the entrance preceded by a standing bridge over the moat.
Inside, the chateau is divided into large receptions and numerous bedrooms in a very beautiful authenticity. Restoration work has to be planned. The chateau is listed as a Historic Monument.
