Our opinion
This is a lovely chalet in a quite stunning, tranquil position but the key is the potential to extend the chalet, either by raising the height above the bedrooms or by extending up and outwards around the living space.
Location
The chalet is in the Les Frasserands area of Chamonix, at the top of the Valley heading towards le Tour. It is a peaceful, highly sought-after hamlet but close to both train and bus at Montroc.
