A 14-hectare wine-growing estate with manor house and gîtes in the heart of the Corbières Massif, between Narbonne and Perpignan. Situated on the outskirts of the village, the estate comprises two blocks of buildings, the first of which is the most imposing, comprising a vast manor house, two dwellings and the winery. Most of the buildings face east-west and have monk-and-nun tile roofs topping exposed stone walls with dressed stone corner quoins. The many and varied windows are protected by green-painted wooden shutters. The grounds with their centuries-old trees, as well as an outbuilding, a dovecote, a shed and an 11m x 5m swimming pool complete this judiciously organised complex, where everyone’s privacy is assured. The second block, on the other side of the road, includes a gîte, an ageing cellar, a winemaking cellar and a hangar. A separate warehouse in the centre of the village completes the property. The east-facing vines, almost 9 hectares of which are farmed organically, are mainly located within the civil parish. There are two entrances from the street for easy ingress and egress.
