VINEYARDS: Approximately 35 ha of fully classified AOP Faugères vines, on 4 blocks no more than 1.5 km from the village. The vines are grown under HVE 3 / 4 reasonable farming methods. Production is interesting, and the grapes are taken to the Cave Coop de Faugères. There are no shares to buy from the Cave Coop. There is some cultivation equipment, including a harvesting machine, to be purchased separately, if required. The list will be provided on request. OPERATIONS: At present, the commercial activity no longer exists (apart from the sale of grapes), but it can be reactivated on site, as the winery is in very good condition and easy to access, all that's needed is to buy new winemaking equipment. Although the grapes are taken to the cooperative winery, the results remain positive. WHAT WE THINK: This farm will enable a couple to make a comfortable living from it, provided they build up a brand and market it. The house is very pleasant to live in, ready to move into.
