The facade faces east-southeast, ensuring sunlight throughout the day and year. The only two nearby neighbors are approximately 500 meters away. Origin: The domain originally dates back to the 15th century, likely as a Cisterciens barn associated with the Fontfroide Abbey. Later, in the 18th century, it became a glass-factory where bottles were manufactured. After the factory ceased operation, the building was dismantled, and the stones were sold for constructing nearby houses.
