The most buoyant areas these days are the Côte d’Emeraude, the Côte de Granit rose and the Morbihan. The city of Guigamp is only a 2h30 ride with the bullet train from Paris. Buyers also invest in the Morbihan bay and the Loire-Atlantique region, mainly south of La Baule. We recently sold an outstanding waterfront property in Pornichet complete with a keeper’s house for €2,5m. Investors travel Brittany extensively in search of a quiet environment according to their budget. The most sought-after properties have sea view and access to the beach by foot or bike. However, waterfront properties on sale are rare. Affordable manors with little renovation are also on the top of buyers lists. Our clients come from all parts of France, Northern Europe including Switzerland, Germany and Belgium, and expats.
