Varenne recently opened a new office 14 Avenue George-V in Paris and developed a partnership with the Savills Group, one of the leading companies in the consulting and the real estate services with 27000 collaborators. Savills has 600 offices in 45 countries. After an uncertain 2012-2014 period, the weakness of the Euro Vs. the Dollar reveals an upturn in our activities combined with low interest rates. Foreign investors are still extremely interested in the Parisian market. They keep it afloat. investors from the uS, Europe, Middle East and the south-east asian countries (including China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong…) still consider the real estate as a safe investment. We established Agence Varenne’s new agency on Paris’ Right Bank, in the heart of the golden triangle. it is a key development for our company allowing us for more proximity with our clients.
