We are strenghtening our presence in the westside of Paris, the upscale districts of Marais, Luxembourg, Trocadéro and the cities of Neuilly and Boulogne, with 15 agencies.

We plan to open two more offices this year, one on the left bank and one on the right bank. I believe that investors need strong advices and we can provide them with suggestions.

Prices per sq m are slightly down compared to last year. However, we recently sold a 250 sq m house in Paris in less than a week.

In addition, we have five agencies on the French Riviera and we plan to open an office in London.
