Following the 75% tax announced last year, 2013 ends with a surge of activity after months of waitand- see attitude. Foreign investors are back in the marketplace mainly because they are not concerned by this tax. We recently sold a €2,2m property in Saint-Malo or a 3m castle near Poitiers to a Canadian citizen. Our 75-yearold company keeps focusing on its clients’ needs. We launched a new visual identity and websites in English, Russian, Chinese and Norwegian languages. We also plan to open two new offices in Paris next year.
