In Paris, the state of the housing market is favorable again thanks to prices going down an average 15%, lower rates and a weak Euro currency on the exchange market. In addition, buyers from the Middle East tend to invest here due to the turmoil in their region. Well-off Parisian families, who had put their investments on stand-by, are now back on the market looking for properties with prices ranging from €1m and €2m. as a leading company, we close 9,4% of all the sales on that segment. our market share reaches 23,5% for apartments between €2m and €4m, 41% (between €4m and €7m) and more than 50% for €7m and up. From July through September 2015, our turnover has skyrocketed compared to the same period last year. We strongly believe that investors should get onboard because the time is right. on another hand, sellers should be realistic: the downturn is over but a rise is still not on the agenda
