Interview Claire Lafont, Managing director, Quartz Group

We offer a wide variety of luxury properties in three different areas : the Plateau Saint-Antoine in the city of Le Chesnay, La Varenne and Marines located in the Vexin nature reserve. We mainly have family houses on offer, close to schools, public tranportation and main highways. Prices range between €1m and €1,8m (a little less for our Vexin office). Properties valued over €2m take more time to find a new owner. Today, our group focuses on our existing offices. We constantly stenghten our teams to maintain our family-oriented slate. However, we plan to develop the company next year with estates in Paris and close suburbs.
