Interview Henri Courau, Managing director, Emile Garcin – Bordeaux & Bassin d’Arcachon

The Emile Garcin agency has established itself in the Bordeaux region for more than 10 years. We cover four markets, including the vineyard estates with prices constantly on the rise. other markets are the estates without vineyard, the properties within the Bordeaux city limits and the much sought-after Arcachon Bay area. Lately, we sold a private mansion in Bordeaux for €3m. Recent sales also include two splendid charterhouses (with prices ranging from €2m and €3m each) located less than 20 minutes away from Bordeaux city centre. We recently sold various townhouses with an average price of 1,5m. I would suggest to sellers a strategy and adjusted prices when they list their properties.
