As the Provence Côte d’Azur branch, ranging from Nice to the Baux-de- Provence and Luberon to the south, of the Vinea Transaction agency, French leader in vineyard transactions, we deal with Côtes de Provence, Coteaux d’Aix and Coteaux Varois (for a combined 800cellars), Bellet, Bandol, Cassis and Côtes des Baux. 2011 was a very good year, and we currently manage just over forty properties, due to the fact that owners seldom sell. Prices range from €4mil to 7mil, and up to €40mil at times. Our clients are mostly French, with a few Indian and Chinese buyers.
