Our main perimeter covers the centre of Paris, which naturally includes the most sought-after districts. Our French customers look for three or four-room luxury family apartments, 200-sqmand up, in the 6th, 7th and 16th districts. But our international clients (Brazilian, Australian, Indian and Asian), who make up about40%of our business, compete for these goods and have a soft spot for open views on the city's famous monuments. Our focus is on establishing trusted relationships with our clients and partners through tailor-made services.
