Created in 1996, the Villaret Immobilier group specialises in character properties in the Bastille and Le Marais areas.

Twenty-two years ago, we opened our first agency on Rue Vieille du Temple. A fourth agency will open at the beginning of 2019 in the Marché d’Aligre area. We only sell properties where we would live in: size does not matter but it requires a view, a volume and a spirit.

We recently sold a beautiful 50 sq m apartment on the fourth floor near the Picasso Museum, tastefully renovated for €780,000. Or in the same area, the ground floor of a private mansion (170 sq m with a large private garden). This magical place sold without advertising at €30,000 per sq m. If sellers put their property at too high a price, they will then have difficulty selling it.

At Villaret, our objective is that after a transaction, sellers and buyers come out of it happy.
