The prestige at high altitude, Courchevel 1850

Facing restrictions to build big chalets in Courchevel, architects must always find a solution to combine capacity with space on a reasonable surface. Erected in the Cospillot district of Courchevel 1850, the Chalet Eden succeeded in that challenge. Accomodating up to 10 guests, the house offers 254 sq m of living space. The ground floor features three bedrooms while the first floor boasts a large living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a balcony, next to a professional kitchen and an additional living room. “The bay windows provide dramatic views over the valley, says Cimalpes agency. Extremely welldesigned, the materials used to build it include Austria pine trees, stone and white marble.” The upper floor houses two Master suites with unobstructed views over the mountain range. On the basement, this jewel also features an outstanding indoor swimming pool made of lava stone complete with a corner bar, a massage parlour and a living room with a flat TV screen. Shops and slopes are within walking distance.
