The 23.77-acre property, bordering the expansive 3,800-acre Kenzo Estate, offers vineyard views, complete privacy, gentle terrain, and exceptional infrastructure. The two-story barn covers 6,400 square feet and is constructed from high-quality steel by skilled craftsmen. The unfinished 4,400-square-foot home, designed by Marissa Periana, draws inspiration from the iconic work of Mies van der Rohe, showcasing the beauty of steel-and-glass architecture from the early 1950s. The updated plans feature a garage and add 3,000 square feet to the home, increasing its footprint to 8,000 square feet. The design emphasizes transparency in the glass, creating a seamless connection with nature while providing climate control. Artist renderings of the completed home are shown in the pictures. If a glass home is not your dream, the structure can be removed, and the basement can expand your sqft in your dream home. An erosion permit is included for a 3.9-acre vineyard, and the current investment in infrastructure alone exceeds the asking price. The warm summer days in Wooden Valley are cooled by dramatic fog banks that pour over the palisades, and mid-afternoon breezes can bring temperatures as much as 10 degrees lower than in Napa Valley, extending the growing season.
